Hello
Heather “Claire” Gauthier has been teaching general music in neighboring Cheatham County at West Cheatham Elementary School since January of 2023, and also assists Cheatham County Central High School with their marching band and choir programs. Her educational background includes an Associate of Fine Arts in Music from Columbia State Community College and a Bachelor degree in Music Education from Austin Peay State University. Heather has also completed her Level I in Orff-Schulwerk training at the Vandercook School of Music and plans to return to Chicago later this summer to complete level II. This will be Heather’s first year being involved with Camp Granada. “I have heard so many amazing things about Camp Granada! I can’t wait to meet everyone and have a wonderful week of making music together!”
